This website belongs to Reading Auto Mobile Mechanic, Barnwood Cl, Reading RG30 1BY. We are responsible for any personal information you give us through this site.

What we collect, and why
When you fill in the enquiry form we collect the details you type into it: typically your name, how to reach you, and what you have asked about. We use them for one thing, which is to reply to your enquiry and to carry out any work that follows from it.
We do not use your details for marketing, we do not sell them, and we do not pass them to anyone who is not helping us answer you.
Who else sees it
Your enquiry is delivered to us by email through Resend, an email delivery service. They handle the message so it reaches our inbox, and do not use it for anything else.
Cookies
This website does not use cookies. There is no tracking, no advertising, and no analytics on it, which is why you have not been asked to accept anything.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as we need them: to answer you, to do the work, and to keep proper business records afterwards. When we no longer need them, we delete them.
Your rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Just get in touch and we will sort it out.
If you are not happy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
